Refund policy

For items purchased on sugarcilantro.com:

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy for items shipped within the US, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return must be initiated and shipped within the 7 days.

Last ones, sale and clearance items marked down more than 30% are final sale and not eligible for exchange/return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive a refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label. This is usually $7-10 depending on distance.

To exchange for a different size/item, the same steps apply. Once the item makes its way back to us, we will send out the new one. 

International purchases are final sale due to higher shipping and duty prices.

For items purchased in person or at a pop-up event:

Items purchased in person are final sale and are not eligible for returns. There are no exceptions to this policy, as it is not possible to refund without physically re-swiping the card used. We also cannot offer exchanges for items purchased in person. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
